Welcome to IdentitySync ("the App"). IdentitySync is owned and operated by Grace Empowered Living. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

When you use IdentitySync we collect the following information:

  • Name — provided by you during account creation
  • Email address — provided by you during account creation
  • Journal entries — content you voluntarily write inside the app
  • Global usage data — aggregate, non-identifiable statistics about how the app is used overall, such as total active users and journey completion rates. We do not track individual user behavior or usage patterns.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Deliver the 10-Day IdentitySync Journey and related features
  • Send you app-related communications
  • Improve the app based on aggregate usage patterns
  • Enable Circle group features including progress tracking

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Your Journal Entries

Journal entries you write inside IdentitySync are private to your account. They are not shared with other users, Circle hosts, or any third party. Only you can see your journal entries.

6. Circle Groups

If you join or create an IdentitySync Circle, your name and journey progress (which day you are on) will be visible to other members of that Circle. Your email address is never shared with other Circle members.

7. Third Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third parties. Your data stays within IdentitySync.

8. Children's Privacy

IdentitySync is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information please contact us immediately at admin@graceonfire.net

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account

IDENTITYSYNC TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using IdentitySync you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

IdentitySync is a faith-based identity journey app designed to help believers rediscover who they already are in Christ. The app provides a free 10-day guided journey, daily devotionals, journaling tools, identity cards, and optional Circle group experiences.

3. User Accounts

To use IdentitySync you must create an account with a valid email address and name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use IdentitySync only for its intended purpose. You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the app

5. Circle Groups

When participating in a Circle group you agree to engage respectfully with other members. Circle hosts have the right to remove members who violate these terms or disrupt the group experience. IdentitySync reserves the right to dissolve any Circle that violates these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within IdentitySync including text, graphics, logos, audio content, and the 10-Day Journey curriculum is the property of Grace Empowered Living and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. User Content

Journal entries and other content you create inside IdentitySync remain your property. By using the app you grant IdentitySync a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

IdentitySync is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law Grace Empowered Living and IdentitySync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the app.

10. Spiritual Content Disclaimer

IdentitySync contains faith-based content rooted in Christian beliefs. This content is intended for encouragement and personal growth and is not a substitute for professional counseling, mental health treatment, or pastoral care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis please seek professional help immediately.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
